It is beyond my comprehension how anyone can call themselves Christian and consider performing such an inflammatory act as burning the Holy Scriptures of a fellow human being. Jesus commands us to love one another. Is this an act of love? The aim of all we do should be love. I encourage all of us to stand beside our Muslim brothers and sisters in solidarity to defend their right to worship and practice their faith openly. Let us be motivated by love rather than fear.
